should i remove my gallbladder if the doctors only found one small gallstone in it?

sometimes for the past year i was experiencing cramp like symtoms in the right side by my ribs. Finally i went to the doctor yeasterday and had the ultrasound done for gallstones. Unfortunaly they found small gallstone in my gallbladder. The doctor told me to leave it alone because it is small. But i want some opionion should i just get my gallbladder removed if there is a stone in there? or should i leave it alone for right now? i just did my liver test so i am waiting for those results.

I think they probably leave it alone or maybe give ursodesoxycholic acid if its a cholesterol stone. I think there is some endoscopic way or removing the stone too without laproscopy and I'm sure there's litho something that breaks it up with sound waves. The real worry is gallstone pancreitis if it blocks the common duct
