Is there such a thing as dental grant money?...?

My best friend is having severe pain in all of her teeth. It's become so bad that she can't eat, can't sleep, basically, can't do anything. All of her teeth are yellowed and are decaying. Both she and her husband are employed, but they are still barely making ends meet and she hasn't been at her job long enough for any type of benefits. She is looking for some way to get her teeth fixed, i.e., implants or dentures or something. I have been trying to help her in any way I can, but I can't afford to give her any help but this, as I'm strapped for cash right now as well. So... we are looking for some type of help for her that might not have the wait time that an insurance company might require. And if the money didn't have to be paid in a lump sum or in huge monthly payments would also be great. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
