does tylenol,advil,motrin,alieve, etc. cause liver problems in the long run?

cancer? damage? im 17 and im just curious. till this day, i have NEVER in my life taken a tyelnol or advil or motrin etc. pill. i have simply gone through the pain/fevers/headaches. Thanks to god i guess i have never been in that critical situation where i must have one. but is it a good thing to stay not-dependent on these drugs? or does it not matter?...i mean i know friends/family members who take tylenol from the littles problems! *oh i hit my hand on the wall, tylenol!*....
